Boxstel Hotel - Modern Stay

I TRAVEL A LOT FOR WORK so I am a touch late leaving this review as weeks can blend together, but the one thing thats firm on my mind is how much I MISS this hotel and how no other major chain hotel has compared to this stay at the Boxstel. First of all PAOLA was devine truly ! She made me feel like I was family within minutes?! She actually listened to me and my requests and gave me clear instructions to help with all my needs. You'd think maybe this is bare minimum, but as I travel a lot I don't often receive that type of kindness at the desk and it was genuine she was funny?! Her demeanor was just so bubbly, yet calm and it made me feel really safe and excited to hangout in the common areas of the Boxstel. All rooms are private with locks. The kitchen in the Boxtel being shared did kinda make me nervous booking, but theres clear labels in the fridge for shared and non shared food and a coffee station along with real dishes and cookware. It was truly nice to walk back to my room in the morning with a real mug. The room was very steam punk - modern with a brick wall and a Big Ol gorgeous plant? (Monstera)? My only request is fitted sheets as I eneded up on the mattress / mattress cover in the middle of the night and the texture was not great. That being my only negitve I really thank Boxstel for such a positive experience.

This place was fantastic. The amount of amenities for the price is nearly impossible to believe. If you truly care about relaxing at your hotel, come here!

What a nice, clean, and beautiful little hotel! We were so impressed how unique and welcoming this place was. The rooms and beds were clean, and we loved how cozy it made us feel. Super nice location located near bars, restaurants, and the baseball/soccer field downtown! Affordable, and the worker in the front was so nice and welcoming. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting El Paso. Will be back soon!

Stayed one night while in El Paso. Hotel was clean and staff was fantastic. I had a few issues with my trip and they went out of their way to accommodate me. I can't endorse this place enough. Fantastic service and staff.

We had a very pleasant stay here. Very central to a lot of things you can do in the area. Easy commute in and out. We had no sound or noise issues from the night spots around the corner. We slept peacefully. Everything about our room was nice and very clean. The guy at the front was nice and helpful. We would stay here again.

I had a great stay at Boxstel! The rooms were really creative, with a clever use of space that made everything feel both functional and stylish. The seating areas were super comfy, and the beds were a dream – really cozy for a good night's sleep. Everything was spotlessly clean and felt brand new, which was a big plus. The shared kitchen was a standout feature. It was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, and there was plenty of space. However, one thing I noticed was the limited linens. There were no hand towels, and instead of a quilt there was just a cotton blanket and sheets on the bed. It wasn't a huge issue, but I would’ve appreciated a bit more comfort in that area. The location was amazing! Situated right in the arts district, it was perfect for exploring local galleries and street art. Plus, the streetcar stop was just around the corner, making it super easy to get around the city. Overall a great place to stay with a modern feel, lots of thoughtful design touches, and a prime location for exploring!

I recently had a delightful experience at this quaint boutique hotel. The rooms aren't large, but they are spotlessly clean, and as a result, they feel just right: cozy and comfortable. My stay was definitely enhanced by the hotel's distinct concept. They offer bunk beds or pods instead of the customary rooms. It's a surprisingly fun and imaginative twist and might well suit travelers of all kinds. On top of that, my entire experience was made more pleasant by the warmth and kindness of the staff. They're the kind of friendly people you'd want to meet at almost any place of business.

Our family found the hotel setup to be awesome. My kids loved having their own loft bed with a television and privacy curtains. Walking distance to the plaza and eateries made for a nice weekend. We felt very safe and really enjoyed our stay. You get the feeling of staying in a city such as New York with the hotel layout and being in the downtown area. The staff was friendly and the hotel is spacious and clean. We will definitely be back very soon.
